Working together

Paid work is governed by the service agreement we sign with you, not by this page. There is no long-term contract. You buy a block of hours, we track every one, and you can stop anytime.

Hours and payment

Work begins with a 10-hour minimum. Hours that have been worked and documented are not refundable, because the work was really done. Invoicing is handled directly with you.

Ownership

You own the work we produce for you, including files, logins, and assets, once it is paid for. We will help you move it if you ever leave.

No guarantee of results

We do good, honest work, but we do not guarantee specific results. Many factors are outside anyone’s control, including outputs from AI tools.

Text messaging program

By opting in on one of our forms, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Plain Media LLC at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
