Most AI advice is either breathless hype or a wall of jargon. Here are three boring, useful things you can actually do this week. Boring is good. Boring is repeatable.
1. Turn your phone calls into FAQs
You answer the same handful of questions all day. Next time you write one of those answers in an email or text, save it. After a couple weeks you will have a tidy list of real questions and real answers. That list is gold for your website, and a tool can help you tidy and expand it.
2. Draft, do not publish
AI is a good first-drafter and a bad final author. Use it to get a rough version of an email, a post, or a description, then edit it so it sounds like you. The time save is in the blank page, not the publish button.
3. Summarize the boring inputs
Long thread, messy notes, a recorded call. Ask a tool to summarize it into a few bullet points and the next steps. You stay in control and skip the slog.
A note we tell every client: AI outputs are not guaranteed, so use them where a mistake is cheap to spot and fix. Keep a human in the loop on anything that speaks for your business.
